Focused on Final Product

These past 2 weeks in ISM have been dedicated to research and development of my Final Product. I have also been busy applying for scholarships and studying for other classes. I hope to rest and relax more this coming week.
I submitted Assessment #13 geared towards research for my Final Product. I annotated an article from Aventive Studios, a branding and marketing agency helping health and wellness businesses enhance their brands. They discussed how packaging reflects a brand’s ideals and creates a memorable experience for the consumer. I learned how necessary it is to take into account consumer desires to help the product appeal to more of them. I enjoyed seeing the marketing perspective and plan to integrate what I learned to make an enticing product that reflects who I am and what I stand for.
I also applied the feedback from Mrs. Rand and Mrs. Russell on my Final Product Proposal. I made sure to further explain what my target audience is and its significance as well as further connecting what I will learn through interviews into my product. I also connected how my previous research will inform my product design and embedded key milestones to make my goals more measurable. I had a great time clarifying the direction I’m taking for this semester and getting feedback on my work.
I updated my Product Log to reflect what I’ve worked on and included my Research Assessment work and development of Final Product slideshow. I then added my Original Work and additional Research Assessments onto my website and made sure it was updated. I haven’t updated my website since the showcase so it was nice to continue editing it.
There is so much to accomplish and achieve this coming semester!
